Baked Enamels are generally an economical one-coat process where the
top-coat is applied directly to the material; no primer is required.
They are primarily used for long term indoor applications.
Baked Enamel: Characteristics and Applications
The characteristics and uses for baked enamel coatings are different than those of
Kynar-based wet paint coatings. While baked enamel coatings are much harder and more wear resistant,
they are not as resistant to corrosion and the elements. Baked enamel coatings meet or exceed the specifications of
