FAQ:  What Size Part Can Be Anodized?

What Size Part Can Be Anodized?: State of the Art Anodizing Equipment, 35" Long Anodizing Tanks, Parts up to 33 1/2' Long, 5' High, 30" Wide, Modified Hard Coat to 7/8" Internal Bore

Superior's recently upgraded facilities, where durability and precision application are the focus, offer expanded capacities and state-of-the-art anodizing equipment.

We feature 35 foot long anodizing tanks and modern electrostatic paint finishing lines. We handle aluminum and light metals of all sizes and shapes, for parts up to 33' 6" long X 5' high X 30" wide.

Specialized tooling for modified hard-coat anodizing allows us to “throw” coating in long lineal lengths through internal bores as small as 7/8“ inside diameter, for components such as air cylinders and hydraulic cylinders.
